Once you understand the nine zones, you’re ready to start creating your board. You don’t need expensive materials or a complicated design – the most important thing is to create a layout that clearly separates the nine areas and reflects your personal goals.
Decide What You Want to Achieve
Before collecting pictures, take some time to think about your goals.
Ask yourself:
- What do I want my life to look like?
- Which areas of my life need more attention?
