What is your refund policy?
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund. We encourage you to review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
If you encounter a technical issue with a file (e.g., a corrupted file), please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will be happy to assist you by providing a new copy of the file.
